Why? He was probably off balanced after she did that.

She looks like a female terminator.

95-100% chance she is very cool, and does not get bogged down by trivial dross. I have known a few babes who were missing parts; uniquely wonderful people.

If you dated her, the possibilities for nicknames are many and varied:
Patch
Cyclops
Sammy Davis Jr

My friend's girlfriend years ago had a sister who was pretty good looking. I would say OT 7 who lost on eye in a car wreck. (She was ok other than something flew into her eye in the wreck, no face damage)
It was odd because the other eye didn't move. At the time I was too put off to continue with the obvious set up attempt. Looking back on it I can see I was being a superficial a-hole.

Yeah, but everyone has their preferences and there’s nothing wrong with that.
She’s obviously a good sport about it. That goes a long way.
If you can crack jokes at yourself it helps to deal with the disability, and kind of eases the tension because you KNOW people want to ask.
Whenever someone asks her to look for something I guarantee you she replies “I’ll keep an eye out for it.”

I laughed too hard at this.

Would I like a good eye, wood eye, wood eye?

An additional while to fill.

Totaly Agree.
Personally I wouldn't be bothered by dating etc someone with a prosthetic eye but not a bejeweled eye or an eyeball that looks like a disco ball.
