Probably Karl's baby brother. He emptied out all the washers and nuts and screws and whatnot that were in a shoebox. Then he taken the little fellar and put him inside the box and buried him right there in a corner of your creek. That seemed more proper to him, I reckon.

It means that I pay attention to things most don't. Always have.

I find this kind of thing very interesting...I would do my best to figure out who is buried there. I know where a few of these old, forgotten grave sites are and always try to be respectful of them.
I found one several years back that was date in the mid 1800s. A year later, I happened by again and found a fresh grave right beside it...same last name buried adjacent over 150 years later!

There is a grave site registry. You would be surprised about the lonely graves they have registered. I would check it out first. I would assume you looked at it to be certain there were no engravings on the rocks.

Dig it up, pussy. Probably a pet. On a HGTV show I saw recently someone bought a house and found a little tombstone and got all worried. He dug it up and it was a stuffed animal.

Good question. A property about 20 miles out of Columbia is doing these dig a hole chunk em in burials.
