I don't get it.
If you are going to post threats why do it on a bathroom stall in Hammond.
Wouldn't you want to put it on a bathroom stall in BR?
No big deal someone smoked a little too much mojo. They will probably be higher than a kite sitting on the porch of a crack house during the game.
I don't see this person being motivated enough to hitch a ride or find a friend that has a car that will work good enough to get from Hammond to BR in time for the game. If the car by some miracle makes it to BR it is too much work to walk from any free lot to tiger stadium.
