Gross

Anyways. If someone ask me where I live I tell them New Orleans because that’s where I live.

Where do you tell people you're from when you're on vacation in Gulf Shores or Florida?

Why would anyone admit to being from or living in New Orleans if they didn’t?

I thought it was a nice place to visit but a terrible place to live.

So what do people that say they live or are from New Orleans but actually aren’t when the other person ask, “oh really, what part?”

Do you then crawfish and say, well not actually New Orleans but the Westbank or Northshore or Metairie or Slidell?

Because nobody outside of Louisiana knows where the frick Harahan, Belle Chase and Gretna are on the map. But everyone knows where New Orleans is.

Do people from Thibodaux and Chackbay say they’re from New Orleans as well?

She is in over her head and too proud and stubborn to admit she doesn't know how to fix the problems. Hopefully some day, the voters will take the first step by showing her the door. They deserve and can do a lot better.

Fitting words for the current *VP also.

No because that's not part of the Greater New Orleans area. This isn't hard to understand.

Timmy, stick to answering the phones at WWL Radio. You’re an idiot.

Everyone can hear you when they let you talk. It’s embarrassing

The problem is no one competent enough to run wants to run and so the cycle will continue. You have a large voting base that relies on their church leaders to tell them who’s the best to vote for and then you have an influx of out of towners voting based on how they were living in previously super progressive areas. The one person I want to run for mayor, JP Morrell, will likely stay out of it because his white wife will be used against him when it comes to Election Day.

Zero people from around south LA/NOLA say "N'awlins." Zero. We don't write it that way, and we certainly don't pronounce it that way.

I cringe so hard when getting off a plane and the pilot says it.

Tell me you’re from Kenner without telling me you’re from Kenner.

The “old money” crowd, both black and white, frequently pronounce Orleans with three syllables. Latoya is trying to fit in with high society by pronouncing it the way she does. It’s an affectation.

As a young child, I thought this was the correct word for it. I knew a boat could sink, but the thing in the kitchen and bathroom was a zink.

If you vote for a carpetbagger... you're a moron and part of the problem. New Orleans is far to unique for that.

Agreed 100%

The problem with New Orleans is that the choices are usually two sides of that same coin. Charbonnet wasn’t any better and might have been worse! She’s softer on crime than Destroya but maybe splitting hairs.

So no matter who you voted for was a moronic choice but so many are too close to the picture to see that that they don’t even know that they’re not looking at a picture- it’s a train coming right at them.

She is a transplant imposing her California agenda. Period. She’s killing NoLa.

It’s truly sad.
