I believe he will use them "backing away" from the table on Thursday.
"We demand that you unilaterally disarm, surrender 99% of your territory, and pay us five years of your nation's GDP in gold, immediately."
"What? Of course not."
"Imminent threat!"

Because that to me is an actual war. I’m confident in our air superiority and our ability to defend a base and keep troops safe.
Well, when you bomb a country and kill their political leaders… that is war.
I too hope we don’t have troops deployed but let’s not split hairs here. This is war

Well that isn't what happened. The negotiations have been ongoing. They had no intention of budging.

But that was exactly what Trump said in June though.
But now they are close again?
See the video posted last page. Closer for 30 years?
. That said I think Iran, north Korea and Cuba need to be toppled. And I'll support any action against those countries.

Dude just needs to go ahead and change parties

I agree, but we’ve been here before. What are we signing up for after toppling?

Not even close. Just set them back.
Is that what obliterated means? Because Trump said Iran's nuclear facilities were "completely and totally obliterated."

Honestly, the entire world should jump when Isr…we say jump. Anybody that isn’t on board is fair game.

I don't think you should use Trump as your source on the technical infrastructure of Iran's nuclear capabilities.
He also said crime in New Orleans had completely stopped.

Whether I agree or not about the decision to go to war with Iran, I have full belief that our military leadership has planned to prevent any chance of nuclear retaliation

A good manager let's his people use their expertise and try not to interfere too much. Maybe draw fire from those when their people are under pressure.

I never imagined I would prefer the Iran war thread on the poli board to the OT. But here we are.
They hate us for our freedom right? Redux of 2002. Do most Americans know Saddam was our ally in the 1980's? We provided him money, weapons and training to invade Iran twice, which killed 1 million Iranians. That's equivalent to 9/11 every day for a year. Then a few years later, Saddam was a threat to us and world stability. Then a decade later, he was developing WMD's which somehow never surfaced.
