Your president promised you window lickers, no wars and no regime change,
that indeed turned out to be a lie. There's no denying it.

Bravo for posting this. Kermit Roosevelt and Allen Dulles can burn in hell.

You're nuts. Iran has been at war since Oct 7th. Trump is finishing it. We voted for regime change

I swear, some people would rather let Iran continue to build nuclear weapons to use against us, than to support Trump in preventing that from happening. He's right - you're crazy.
I guess the old "If you don't support our attack on [insert country] then you must support them and hate America!" line will probably never stop working.

It reaffirms my complete lack of faith in democracy.

We have no boots on the ground in iran as far as I’m aware. If this turns into Iraq sure I’d feel differently. But these comparisons feel really premature.

People are wish-casting hard right now. If this turns out with Iran establishing western ties and no boots on the ground it’ll be a win.

What do you think the odds would have been of an actual declaration of war against Iran being approved by both houses of Congress?
(You know, if we were still paying attention to that antiquated old Constitution.)

Forgive me if I am extremely skeptical of the outcome. I hope my fears are baseless and everything turns out swimmingly.

He hasn’t started a new war in either term. I am skeptical but think it’s worth giving it a second before melting.

We are flying planes through hostile territory and have had bases in the region bombed as a direct result of the action.
What is the reason for "boots on the ground" line in the sand? There are plenty of personnel already in direct danger.

I did clean up on polymarket, much to the chagrin of my better half. I could see how war profiteering could be alluring.

It's kind of funny because that line previously mentioned actually has nothing to do with western liberal democracy. It's a euphemism for Trotsky's concept of permanent revolution. Neoconservatives in this country began as Trotskyists in post-WW2 NYC. Now supposed red-meat conservatives eat that line up as if it's some sort of purity test. The concept of pre-emptive war is a Marxist concept that literally ignores thousands of years of philosophical and moral debates about the use of violence in a statist framework.
