How much do they pay? Do I enjoy said job? How many acres do I own to drive this far?.... to many variables...

I do. One hour each way. I like where I live and I like where I work.

I drive an easy 45 minutes to and from work. I actually prefer this drive to my previous one which was 20 miles and 15 shorter.

Yeah my drive is almost all interstate and I would rather an hour of that than 30 minutes of start/stop heavy traffic in the city.

Single? Sure.
Married? Have to think long and hard probably not.
Married and kids? No way.

I know plenty of people that do it but I hated it. We moved back from the burbs to not sit in traffic 2 hours per day. My time is worth money.

I do. It’s not ideal but I do enjoy my time alone driving where I can decompress

I drive one hour in the morning and one in the evening. Moving closer to new place because there is no way I could do it over the long haul.

Did it for a few years from Lafayette to Baton Rouge several years ago. I wouldn't do it now. I have about a 45 minute drive down Beach Blvd. (90) from Bay St. Louis to Biloxi now. Can't beat the view.

Not as extreme but I worked with a guy that lived in McComb that commuted to Florida and Lobell for 3-4 years.
