I have a great Kilt and 3 waist kilts. I wear them on Halloween but mainly have them for the hell of it. I am a Mc and grandfathers were several other variations of Mc, Campbell, Stuart, etc.. I have my clans modern and ancient plaids and a Queens Guard great kilt and a Campbell ancient kilt. Just fun to have to bust out on rare occasions.

wearing one right now
I have several my favorite is the 5.11 kilt, durable comfortable and it looks good

I had an Irish cousin named Ben that always wore a kilt. Everybody knew him as Big Balls Ben. One day he was chasing coyote out of his potato patch, tried to jump a barbed wire fence that was too high and was forever known as just Ben.

In Scotland...probably not, as sthey will make you for a damn touris in a heartbeat.
I would do it in the states, though...what mor emasculating feeling could you get than the feel of your junk flipping freely while sitting on a barstool sipping some whiskey?

they are super comfy to wear when fishing. I've tried to wear them hunting but the briars get up in your goolies
