Would you stay and not move from a city because of its "culture"?

Would you stay in a hell hole city that's run awful, has murder and other crime out if control, and has awful politicians running things just because of its "culture"?

I'm leaving because I'm tired of it.
No reason the state should be last in everything good and on top of that, it's like a jungle.
I can cook, so I wont miss the food.

No, love Louisiana food, LSU, and I guess culture. But I want to experience other places, thats why I left. Would like to end up in Tuscon or maybe Scottsdale

No. The “culture” of a city is great and all, but there are much more important, tangible factors that should outweigh the culture of an area.
If you love a place for its culture, you can always vacation there or have a second home there, if you’re in a position to do so.
