I've seen a video where a cargo plane did a similar takeoff, and then dropped right the frick out of the sky and crashed with a fiery landing.

When I see this it reminds me of that freighter crashing during takeoff in Iraq. Horrifying. I would not ride in that.

ETA Afghanistan, not Iraq.

That’s because the load wasn’t properly secured and shifted during take off.

That happened because upon takeoff, the load (which wasn't secured appropriately) shifted aft, severely changing the center of gravity. The aircraft stalled and couldn't get the nose down to recover, resulting in the spin and crash. It was painfully sad.
