Yes
It’s not hard to find both.

Mountains in the summer, June to September. The coast December to May. Rinse, repeat.

I can find water

Not mine.
She wants to live more either in a valley with a view of the mountains or at the very top of The Piedmont right at the foot of the mountains.

Mountains during the summer and south Florida for winter

In the middle so I could get to both easily.

Mountains. Grew up skiing every winter. I love mountain golf and fly fishing.

Mountains out west, but I’d choose the beach over the Appalachians.

I live two hours from mountains and 3 from the coast. It's great to have options however I would live in the mountains vs the beach.

I've done both. Give me the mountains.

Mountain air doesn't smell like rotted, salty fish

TD (and Saturday's tailgating) full of fat baws. Mountains will rule this thread.

The 10 thinnest states in the US are pretty much all cooler weather states other than Hawaii. It seems to me that either hot weather creates fat people or fat people prefer hot weather.

Neither. The English Midlands.

When you say ‘mountains’ do you mean Rocky / Sierra Nevada type mountains, or Appalachian?
Appalachian, yes. Beach a close #2. I love to ski and CO is awesome in the summer but I don’t want to live in and deal with bitter cold a full third of every year.

I grew up two hours NE of the Smokies on the TN/NC border. Perfect mix of East Tennessee and High Country.
Dad lives on TN side, but Mom and stepdad live in Boone. I went up for the App State game last week. Beautiful country.
