Spend my life fighting off zombies while civilization is being destroyed or spend my life living in a Caribbean beach town, smoking the world's finest cigars, and banging hot Latina women? Tough decision there

I would try to get to a small island with as much ammo as possible. Do a clean sweep of the island and kill all zombies that may inhabit it and live peacefully there after

Havana is not all of Cuba FWIW. Once you get outside Havana it's basically subsistence agriculture and generally pretty bad.
That said, there are plenty of 3rd world countries where a middle-class Yanqui can live relatively well. Healthcare is better most places than you'd think (and far less expensive) for example.

99% of people wouldn't survive past a few months in a ZA so Cuba hands down. Plus even if you do somehow survive, you'll have to be constantly fearing for your life, dealing with the loss of almost everyone you know, always scavenging for food and supplies, etc. It would be a living hell.

Cuba is actually a pretty cool place, one of the cleanest islands down there, people are very friendly

Well...yeah. I know how geography works.
But he asked if I'd rather be in Cuba (which would include Havana, I believe - someone fact check me on that) or be in the US with zombies.
Give me Havana any day of the week. Hell I'd chose Havana over a lot of places in the US without the zombies.

I've lived in GITMO. The diving is incredible there. This was back before there were terrorist prisons though.
