Mondays suck, Fridays are awesome. Give me Monday off every time.

Monday. I’m always happier Sunday night when I know that I don’t have to go to work the next day than I am on Thursday.

Monday's during football season

The correct answer is Wednesday
Work 2, have a day off, work 2 more , have 2 days off
Repeat

I have Monday’s off, and I chose it for all the reasons you listed

Have Friday off.... it's amazing and would not trade it.

I'm off on Fridays. I used to be off Mondays. The only time Monday was better was during football season and I could drink a lot while tailgating Sunday.

Engineers in most private firms have half day Fridays.

Monday, no question.
Friday will still be Friday, people will still start slacking and whatnot at the end, you can still do your normal Friday after work activities.
Then you get to sleep in on Monday, go run errands and such that are normally difficult to fit into your normal work week, and just generally not dread Monday so much.

I have Fridays off. We use to have off Fri-Mon then the next weekend have off just Sat-Sun. I rather have off every Fri than that.

Friday by a mile.. It's the start of the weekend.

Monday and it's not even close. By far the busiest day of week for me

Friday. Golf course is closed on Monday.

If you banging a hair dresser having Mondays off is good.

My gut instinct is to say Friday, you know, start that weekend early.
But, after thinking a little, Monday is the better choice. Why? Because Fridays at work are almost always better than Mondays at work. So, you dump the worse day in that scenario, IMHO.
Now, I think all that does, ultimately, is to shift the negativity associated with Monday onto Tuesday, but I stand by it as the right answer to the choice offered.
