I’m pretty unconcerned with the gossip and drama of it all. If the mess was substantial I’d direct them to hire someone to clean it. If just basic stuff I’d probably knock it out quickly myself though.

There is no way in hell I would ever clean up illegal drugs. As for staying quiet, if it is a sole proprietor type company and the owner knew whatever. If it was a corporation, frick no. Shareholders shouldn't have to put up with that kind of bullshite.

Comedy clubs often have condos to house the comics who are working their club.

After Katrina the company I work for hired a company that provided temp workers , they put them up in apartments... they had up to three guys live in each apartment...
I can go on for hours about these bunch of meth and crackheads , actually there was some really good Guys that got stuck living with these low life’s ...
So one morning we’re at the shop and two of these guys are about to go to blows , apparently they got fricked up that night and one guy was sleeping on the sofa and woke up to one of the other guys pissing on his head ...
The dude that pissing on the other one kept saying , I’m sorry man I’m a sleep walker .,

I would be more pissed that I had to share a house with someone when I was traveling for work to be honest, and no I would tell them to call a cleaning service to clean his shite up unless they were going to pay me extra for doing something well outside the job description. Not to mention the potential workers comp suit in the event ole Steve left some needles in his piles of shite.
