COL will be greatly dependent on neighborhood. If he wants to drive 20 minutes then he can get affordable housing and come out ahead.

Yes, either Plano or Frisco. Frisco is building $5 billion worth of development in next couple of years.

Well now you have gone and done it.

If there is something that the OT hates as much as dog shooting cops, it's the city of Baton Rouge. The hypocrisy of talking shite on the city that is home to the university around which this board is based doesn't even phase them.

For the record, I have lived north of Dallas and I live in Baton Rouge. No contest, Baton Rouge and its people are the place to be.

But that isn't edgy or cool (I would take Baghdad over Baton Rouge - LOOK AT ME!) so take that FWIW.

My neighbors kids own Jack Ryan in Kilgore. Nicest restaurant in the area.
