piercing sure, body will heal itself if they regret it later.

tattoo, probably not. wait until youre an adult then if you decide to go for it.

No and no. Because kids love to make impulsive decisions that they will regret later in life and part of my job as a parent is to teach them/prevent them from doing things that may negatively affect them over the long term.
If my 17yr old son came home with a small tattoo, I’d be pissed and give him grief but it’s also not the exactly end of the friggin world and would either.

Never seen an attractive tattoo. Can’t fix stupid, quarantine it nor stop it from getting tattoos

At 16, I let the last 3 who wanted tattoos to get them for a birthday gift. It’s not my skin.

As long as I am paying any of their bills or they are still living under my roof that would be a hard no. When they move out and are making their own living they can do what they want. Although I would try to discourage them because what they think is cool now will be with them for the rest of their lives
