If I won I would want to go as low profile as possible at first. Get rid of social media, my phone number, move, etc. Social media would just be another way for people to constantly harass you for money(even if your profile is private...imagine all the messages/fb requests, etc). A jackpot as big as this....even though people say you can claim without using your name....it will come out who the winner is at some point.

I ignore most fb messages, friend request, texts, emails now...it would just be a matter of ignoring more of them.
I don't know about claiming it anonymously. I'm sure you can use llc, trust, etc. but a quick search of business filings with give you all the owners info.

I'd buy the SECr and add code to the log-in screen that sniffs out gumps. They won't be banned or anything, but every poster with a crimson "A" next to their username would have a 3% chance of being re-routed to a very loud and graphic ghey porn vine. The logarithm would boost the probability significantly during the season.
