I wasn't trying to burn you dumbass. Just pointing out the obvious. About 10% of the time you make sense. The other 90% is thinly veiled racism.

I kinda didn't want to go to my senior prom but my mom gave me the "you only go to HS once" talk and kinda convinced me to go.

I was asked to escort a friend of my moms daughter to a SJA prom back in 03'. She was the real quiet type and her mom made her go....

No matter what her mother's intentions are, you're doing a good thing. I know it will be awkward for you, but, your purpose is to make sure your cousin has a good and safe time.

No. I'm on here enough to know him. I know his shtick is to be that racist guy. I simply asked where the segregation question came from.

No.

I didn't go to my senior prom or go to my graduation. Don't regret it at all. I never cared about those types of meaningless "milestones" in life that people think they have to experience.

So, you were the "cool guy" staying home with no friends when everybody else was partying.

She won't have a good time being stuck with her cousin at something she didn't want to go to in the first place. I didn't go to any dances in high school and have no regrets. I can't imagine I would have enjoyed them.

No, I wouldn't force my kid, but I see your aunt's reasoning.

I didn't stay home. I went to prom after parties and to graduation parties. Why would I want to pay that much money to go when the actual dance isn't even the fun part? And I didn't give a shite about the actual graduation ceremony either. I went to a large HS where graduation is an all day event and the ceremony itself takes hours and hours. I went fishing that day, parties that night, and got my diploma in the mail.

My mom said I'd regret not going so I went. I wouldn't have regretted skipping it. It's completely stupid.
