I'd happily drive it but I think I'm just about going to be priced out of the truck market soon. I've still never paid 40k for a vehicle much less 80k. Vehicles just aren't worth that much money to me.

I wish people would stop asking this.

The proper question is "Would you pay $81K for this GM product?"

Everyone would drive it if it were given to them. VERY few would pay more than $40K for a GM product.

Yes, but not paying that much for anything.

Neighbor spent nearly $100k on a new Yukon Denali, pretty sweet however.

a fancy looking truck full of cheap crappy plastic "wood" and thin synthetic leather, is still a cheap crappy truck.
GM builds the worst of the worst now. They are all in on the low end materials and it shows.
I bought a fully loaded Ram 4x4 in February for much less than $60K and it has much higher end materials and drivetrain than anything GM could dream of right now.

Yeah I still can't wrap my head around a truck being a rich man's vehicle

Either that or some baw spending 1/4 of his take home pay on the note.

Best truck interior by a mile

Looks great, less chunky, no lightning bolts or huge logos

ETA. Just saw the dumb ultimate badging. It’s a stupid name for one, but why can’t they make these without the name on every surface? I guess they just have truck owners pegged as vanity driven.

I have '20 AT4 and the interior doesn't look that different; the display is larger and stick on the floor vs. steering column but everything else looks almost the same. Not a complaint bc I like mine.

You didn't buy anything close to fully loaded, or you don't buy new.

That’s a fantastic looking truck (in AT4 trim)…prob the best design out there right now, but no way in hell would I buy a GM product.

96.67% of something is "much less than" something. Interesting. I'd also imagine you truck doesn't have every option at that price.

They aren’t wrong.

50 years ago the type of people that buy luxury trucks would have been driving Cadillac Fleetwoods instead. Maybe a Lincoln Continental if they were poor. And yes the Fleetwood and Continental could tow an airstream or a boat.

Other option is to save money and buy a piece of shite Ford.

Some like to live dangerously and chance the Ecoboost granading at 80k miles.
