All co-workers were invited to contribute to the Honeymoon but none were invited to the wedding because it is "small and intimate" Do you contribute?

No. Doesn't matter if they're gay or not. No gift if not invited to the wedding.

I wouldn't contribute to a honeymoon for any co-workers.

No but only because I don’t give a shite about my coworkers

I’m just here to get paid and leave

If none were invited, no.

I actually attended a gay wedding tonight though. I contributed to that.

A coworker? No.

A friend that had a close family wedding? Sure.

That's pretty tacky, IMHO. But to answer the question, I certainly wouldn't want to contribute under those circumstances. If my refusing was going to be a big deal and cause a headache for me, then probably. Avoiding an uncomfortable workplace is worth $50 or $100, regardless of their trashy behavior.

I wouldn't support fictitious 'marriages'.
