I once figured out that if I got a 66 or better on a chem lab. I would have enough points for an overall A- and get the 4 points.
I spent the time on other subjects.
The prof wrote note that "expected better" next to my A-.

Use dual monitors or use your TV as a monitor so you can have someone who actually knows the answers there with you and they can see the screen without being in view of the webcam.
