People playing on their phones while driving infuriate me. You can always tell who they are; they drive slower than the speed limit as their car slowly drifts into your lane then quickly swerves back into theirs.
As much as I hate more government intrusion into our lives, I wouldn't mind cops cracking down on these people. Maybe drag them out of their car and beat them with the billy club.

There are laws in place as to how to drive. Stay in your lane, drive the speed limit, don’t run into other people.

This. We should have to repeal 2 laws for every new one passed. Or every law should expire every 20 years. Much easier to let a law expire than to repeal one.
