Yes. I've never had anything worse than an ear infection or strep throat.

I would be a cripple because I've had an ACL and meniscus repair.

I had surgery at 3 weeks old to correct Pyloric stenosis. If not for modern medicine I would have died as an infant.

Same here. I literally almost starved to death as an infant. I didn't have the surgery until I was 2 months old. I think I was at or near my birth weight still.

For all of y'all saying yes and bragging about just ear infections and sore throats, you can thank the amoxicillin and LA-bicillin from preventing your meningitis and rheumatic heart disease.

It's possible that I might have died as a child. I had some pretty nasty illnesses.

I would have had Colon Cancer 10 years ago,so I'd probably be dead.I've had near-cancerous Polyps removed.

I broke my Rt. Shin Bone in two at 14 and have had a Total Knee Replacement in 2015.

So,I would have had a game leg,at the least, until my death a few years back.

Maybe not. I had a triple bypass 3 years ago with 70%, 80% and 100% blockage (50 yrs old at the time). No heart attach or heart damage but blockage. Heart attack waiting to happen though. Modern technology to detect the problem, new techniques for surgery, medicine for recovery and I was back at work in two weeks. Except for healing of the sternum that took a little while. Praise to Jesus and the doctors/staff that took care of me. Have felt great since then.

Nope. Would have died a miserable death in 2008 when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.

I was diagnosed w/ T1 earlier this year. I may still be alive right now, but I would probably weight about 100 lbs and would not have much longer on this earth without modern medicine.

Well, I am diabetic, so near sighted that I would probably have qualified as blind a long time ago, had a heart cath and a ruptured appendix. So I guess I would have found out what was on the other side by now.

Open heart surgery following a Widowmaker heart attack is the only reason I am still here

I am, however still looking for a heart donor in case you are offering!

I would have died at 5 when my right kidney ruptured. It would have been a short, but happy, life.
