would concealed carry help in Russia terrorist attack

6000 attendees and not one had a concealed carry weapon. The bad guys walked out without a violent response.
In Texas, in a church a couple months ago, concealed carry members were able to snuff the bad guy before a whole lot of mayhem

It's you vs some dudes with AKs, but you can't let people get gunned down, chances are these frickers would have run if confronted.

I think so, they we're definitely amateurs. From the multiple videos I have seen from the lobby to the music hall, there were lots of opportunities to take them out.

Its a nation state where the people are the property of the government, rather than the other way around.

Agreed, based off how jumpy he was in that doorway, I think they would've panicked. He almost shot the cameraman on accident at least once

Concealed carry in Russia is like oxygen on the moon. It would help of course but it’s not Russia anymore.
