Would Communism have spread into Asia if the Japanese didn't invade China?

China's government before and during WW2 had western ideals. The Japanese invaded China in 1937. By the end of WW2 the Chinese government was weak and vulnerable for a revolution. Mao and his Communist bronies had been fighting with the Nationalist Chinese since 1927, but it wasn't until the Nationalists had to fight the Japanese and the Communists did they fall from power and relocate in Taiwan.
The Communist took over China 4 years after WW2. The Korean War started a year later. The rise of Communism in China led to the Communist party in Vietnam to become stronger which started another war.
So my theory is to blame the Japanese for most Communist countries outside of the USSR.
Thoughts?

You obviously have no clue about chinese history or cultures. Research the Opium Wars and The Boxer Rebellion for starters.

Communism would of never spread at all had there never been a World War 1.
The Tsar would of been able to put down the revolution if not for the war.

I think the Nationalists would have had a tough time keeping hold of China regardless of WWII. The Kuomintang were pretty corrupt, and the area under direct Nationalist control was fairly small.
If you want to see what a Nationalist government in China would have looked like, you can like at Taiwan under Chiang Kai-shek.

No, China was a nation of peasants. Hundreds of millions of poor peasants. China was basically still a feudalist society with elements of early capitalism and you know that back then early capitalism was brutal and especially cruel.
The Nationalists were corrupt and the party of the cruel landlords.
The genius of Mao was that he realized that China as a rural society needed a new type of Marxist-Leninist organization. He was able to get the peasants to support the communists because the communists were not cruel to the peasants when they took over the countryside and told the peasants that they deserves the land and that their children should be able to get an education. They redistributed land and got the PLA to work with and help the people improve the land and help rebuild areas they occupied.
Mao was a genius of political and social organization.
The Nationalists were corrupt and the party of the cruel landlords.
