Would Bawcomville be a good temporary home for New Yorkers escaping the virus?

Wealthy NYC families are going to be looking for spots in rural America to ride this virus out. The Hamptons are getting too crowded. The more primitive the better, as long as there are utilities and groceries available.

I'd go to some rural town in upstate NY.

My neighbors are older, retired and they are bailing to their house in the Ozarks tomorrow morning.

They’d just go the north fork (the other one that montauk isn’t on) or upstate NY

Wealthy families in NY have zero desire to be in rural America.

Isn’t that already a place? Where all those Louisiana Yankees fans came from?

I'm trying to help you guys out. Time to spruce up that rental trailer and make some money List it as a tiny house with rustic appeal.
