That lady doesn't seem like a very nice person, and I don't think I would want to be friends with her.
I like dogs.
I like dogs.

1st... I doubt she started polite. 2nd... she shouldn't even have to. He is responsible for his dog coming into contact with other people. 3rd... that dog should have been in a carrier if one is following the NYC Subway rules for pets.
1. If I had to make a bet one way or the other I would agree with you. She might have just hit her limit of dogs on the subway that day.
2. Agreed.
3. Agreed.

But I’m not threatening to kick those dogs, even if their owners are inconsiderate
There sane people in the world who know how to handle situations.
She was having her ‘Samuel L. Jackson’s’ Snake on a plane’ moment, but with a dog and a subway.
If I had to guess both sides were wrong but she just crashed out.

You don't have to guess. This has already been pointed out as the rule on NYC public transport.

On the subway or bus, your pet must be in a bag or other container and carried in a way that doesn't annoy other riders.

Don’t threaten me with a good time.

If the dog isn’t doing anything it shouldn’t be an issue. Seemed to be chilling quietly.

Dogs act better on public transportation than most black people do.
I never heard that dog make a sound in the video. That black lady annoyed the living shite out of me with her racist bullshite.
Kick off the black lady and keep the dog.

Other than the Vet, where?
ETA: Serious question, where do you "HAVE" to go with your pet? I have a yard, I dont really feel the need to take my dog anywhere other than walks.
They have places called parks out in the world. Bet that's a good place to take dogs.
Hell they even have parks for dogs called dog parks. CRAZY!!!

There are people who suffered attacks from dogs when they were helpless children and they remain very uncomfortable around all dogs.
A couple of years ago one of our shared dogs decided to pick a fight with a pitbull that lived a quarter of a mile away. Our stupid dog got chased to our house, I was on the riding mower, and our dog decided he was safe if I was between him and the pit.
Ever since I am uncomfortable around agressive dogs, regardless of their size.
Well behaved is always open to interpretation, yours, mine and the dog's.

Especially with the proliferation of so many smaller dogs. They tortured the shite out of me as a child, whereas bigger dogs were always more calm and didn't bother me. But now, it seems there was an explosion of the small dog population (it could just be those are the ones that people drag to the grocery, to the mall, etc. they're more visible). Small dogs are typically the most untrained dogs, because the owners think all the annoying shite they do is cute.
And I love dogs. Just not in a manner which is against the rules. And GTFO here with the service dog excuse. If you're blind or have seizures, it's a service dog. Otherwise, it's just an excuse for the anxiety of the owner that they never learned to control.

Its public transportation though, people gotta get places with their dogs.
With people like her on the subway, a nice Belgian Malinois style dog would be good to have with you.

Indeed. Or a German Shepherd.
People train those dogs to behave better than most humans. But when released, they are vicious.

I would much prefer to sit next to a dog on a plane than a human.

Would help kill time for sure.
I 100% would rather be around dogs than regular clientele on public transportation.
