Golden Meadow, Krotz springs gets honorable mention

No love for Harahan? Fing Hickory from Sauve to Jefferson Hwy is like shooting fish for them. Also on Jefferson Hwy where the speed limit is artificially set 5 mph less than Jefferson Hwy in unincorporated Jefferson Parish.
Second mention is I-10 (St. John Parish) with their stupid black SUVs hiding on the side of the road. Would you like to make sure I have insurance sir? No. No problem. I'll just write you this speeding ticket.

There are several on Hwy. 190 between Lafayette and Baton Rouge. Like many have said, Krotz Springs is the worst.

These areas aren't speed traps at all?
I can't remember a time I've seen a cop on US 90 or LA 311.

Uptown NOLA - photo traps everywhere.
The best are 27 mph in 20 mph school-zone photo tickets after 4:00. Damn school is already locked-up and the lights are off. Not a kid in sight in any direction.

Lol... you don’t go through Vidalia much. They aren’t bad AT ALL. They went through a spurt of being bad a few years ago but that didn’t last but a few months. When the Chief got canned, it went back to normal. They won’t pull you over unless you’re grossly exceeding the limit or driving dangerously.
..... now, just up the road in Ferriday... that’s a WHOLE different story...

Slaughter just North of Zachary...they will issue a citation for stoping past the DOT line at a stop sign, much less speeding. I believe they were in a local news investigation where the town marshal was recorded telling deputies that they would get half of all ticket money.
