Educate me about the finer points of Denver that I overlooked please. I was there for 10 months.

Paris fricking sucks. It's dirty as hell and smells like shite everywhere except The Louvre. But somehow it's viewed as this cultural capital of the world

New Orleans is the American version of Paris. It is filthy and smells awful everywhere you go

On the fence:

Fort Collins is a much better town than Denver imo.

New Haven does suck. I spent a few weeks working there in maybe 2005 or so. I'm guessing it hasn't changed a lot in 15-16 years

It has actually gotten nicer. Lots of older buildings torn down and replaced with new

Spent a week in St Louis a few years ago for work and was underwhelmed. Not baseball season and Blues were out of town. Maybe I wasn’t looking hard enough but definitely came across as a big meh.

Denver. The city itself is pure homeless trash with no good food, no culture, and limited entertainment.

The reason people think they like Denver is for the hiking and mountains 1-2 hours from Denver. No one actually likes Denver.
