My top 3 are Mississippi, Arkansas and Montana
Here is an article that says the SEC is well represented!

Mississippi is the only State where I have encountered drivers driving on the wrong side of a four lane interstate on multiple occasions.
Arkansas is the only State where I have been passed stopping at a stop sign.
Montana just drives so fast that it is stupid.

1.) Baton Rouge
2.) New Orleans

Imo it's Louisiana and it's not even close

Texas people do not know the fast lane on interstate code. Not a one of em.
But LA drivers are often uninsured and disassociated frick sticks who play on their phone with the seat back even with their floor. Baton Rouge is by far the worst.

Kansas, those frickers get into any sort of a hill or turn and they just go retard. Up here in the Ozarks it's pretty common to see tourists and people from Kansas are the fricking worst. Not only do they slow down to 5 mph going around corners and shite but then when they get to any passing zone they immediately accelerate to 80 MPH as fast as they can only to slam on the fricking brakes and do 5 mph once out of it again.

California particularly Los Angeles. Those bitches with their big, expensive SUV's don't give a shite.

Louisiana sucks balls. Hate driving in that state where no new road surfacing exists.

I'd never noticed that until last Thanksgiving. I was driving back to LA from Alabama and every time I encountered a car driving slow in the left lane it was a Texas license plate. It would be one thing if I were on I-10 West the entire way because I would just happen to encounter more TX drivers. But this was on I-65 for 150 miles.
Now, 8 times out of 10 (in Louisiana) when I encounter someone dragging arse in the left lane it's a Texas licence plate

Georgia - Atlanta is a disaster every time I go through.
Alabama - I live here and know how bad they drive.
New York - seems to think demolition derby is an everyday thing
California - put the damn phone down

Texas has the most reckless drivers I've ever seen.
Georgia is my personal least favorite for drivers.

Texas, hands down.
8/10 drivers on I-10 or HWY 90 blocking traffic are from Texas. Arrogant bastards think they own the highway

California - the sheer number of people on the roads at any hour puts it at #1. Every possible demographic is on the road at the same time:
Granny doing 50 in the middle lane.
Chico the illegal trying to do 90 weaving through traffic in his Accord with a fart can muffler.
Everyone on a cell phone.
No one has a concept of merging onto or off the highway.
Half of them drive with no headlights/tail lights.
What's a blinker?
Florida is #2 for the number of old people and old people driving campers.
Every other state is a distant third.
