I would put midwife as second and mortician third. Someone has to help birth them worlds oldest profession babies, and then the mortician will be needed when the crazy bitches can't deal with PPBs and kill the dad.

I'm pretty sure that hunting is really the world's oldest profession.
Second oldest would probably be making pottery.
Prostitution couldn't have really existed until humans had currency, so it's probably not really that old compared to some other professions.
