Working class white people tend to be hypocrites. Nothing new here.

quote:That is actually the biggest issue with progressive voters, such as the OP.
Me keeping my own money is not the government giving me money, welfare, or whatever you want to call it.
They truly believe that any money you earn is 100% the government's, and if they are being taxed at only 50%, the government is supporting them via welfare by allowing them to keep the other 50% of their earnings.
They have no belief in the concept of private ownership and submit to the idea that everything is owned by the government.

taxpayers fund our retirement saving, health insurance, primary, secondary, and advanced education, daycare, commuter costs, and even our mortgages at a staggering public cost. Socialism for white people is all-enveloping
White people are the taxpayers dumbass. I'd rather we cut all those programs anyway, I already pay for my own health insurance, schooling, mortgage, commuting costs, and retirement. What exactly am I receiving in this horribly racist system you're whining about?

I made $28K in bonuses last year that they tax the fck out of.
This is when I tune out someone who is telling me about how taxes are or should be.
This guy is on here, has apparently a decent paying job, makes a ton in bonuses but has no understanding that his bonuses are taxed at the same rate as his regular W-2 income (it is withheld at a higher rate but taxed the same). But he's going to tell you what's wrong with taxation in this country, when he hasn't even taken the time to understand the system he pays a lot of money into currently.

Oh shut the fck up. I understand exactly how it works. Sorry I didn't explain in correctly and get into the IRS code with you on a general comment.

Then you must be a real ineloquent dumbass to allegedly understand how it works but to state it incorrectly.

Why are economically struggling blue collar voters rejecting a party that offers to expand public safety net programs?
Because that same party has called them evil, deplorable, etc. based only on the circumstances of their birth.
They've thrown them to the wayside in favor of tranny freaks and Muzzies and thugs.

fricking lulz at comparing a lowered tax burden to welfare.

One person's socialism is another person's multiple bankruptcies, huh?

No they don't. Lots of people end up getting more taxes back than were withheld from their checks due to EIC
Yep. I did my sister's taxes the other day. $0 withheld for the year, $3000 refund
