not that I'm into mandates, but wouldn't this be a legit medical exemption?
I have no idea

But I thought the exemptions were for like illness.. not just that you have immunity.
IDK either, but I would hope they at least take a note from your regular physician
And hopefully the natural immunity stuff gets sussed out soon too

Hubs has covid and company just issued a mandate. They told him he has to wait the recommended 90 days then get it. Everyone else has to get it by a date they chose (which is sooner than 90 days). They already gave incentives to get vaccinated so a good bit of people have already done it.

Oh you are making it personal
Everyone here knows what you look like, that your parents have been old and dying since you were shitting your pants, that your siblings are mentally challenged, your fertility situation, your marital situation, and the name of your ugly arse dog. All because you've wanted nothing but attention, sympathy, and reassurance your whole life. Now you're "out of sympathy" and find it hilarious that someone could lose their job and be denied benefits they've paid for becuase of a vaccine, and it's suddenly personal?
You're a tragic human being.

Under legal definition, an employee who is fired for violating a mandatory policy — including vaccination — is fired for cause. It would be enough for an employer to oppose unemployment benefits.
Please let that be true, that would be hilarious
Don’t want the vaccine, get a job elsewhere.
Would you have any issue with federal government mandates for vaccination if you’re receiving government benefits? Think long and hard before answering.

Hey Slaggy, I have no other accounts, but I will out you with the quickness. Tread lightly, we have history

I can't wait until someone files a gigantic lawsuit against a company on the grounds of HIPAA or medical privacy concerns. If i remember correctly (although i may be wrong) no employer can get you to undergo a medical procedure and getting a shot is considered that, nor can they request your medical information because that is protected under multiple privacy laws.
