Bang the husband in front of the wife to display dominance.

How gay do you have to be to seek this form of domination?

Maybe the organization needs her on the trip more than they need the OP

So stupid. Luckily she will be easy to avoid the whole trip, if her insecure husband even lets her go. Never run into this situation in all my years working.

Agreed. So stupid. I travelled for probably 15 years with a guy who I was great friends with. We could practically finish each other's sentences. Joke around a little, hang out in the bar...but there was never any chance either of us was thinking of stepping out, because we loved our spouses and valued our marriages.

That couple has issues!

Nope, he's only that nervous about his wife if HE has been thinking about someone else. No telling what he has been doing and he thinks she will too!

this was what i meant earlier. He knows what he does when he goes out of town and he suspects she will do the same.

cheaters are the most suspicious people out there.

That’s not it. This conference doesn’t really line up with her area of work. She was a late addition to the trip after someone else(another female) had to back out because of some conflict.

While I don’t like her all that much personally, she’s a good worker and will benefit from the trip so I’m glad they offered her to go. Her suggestion to our boss that I not go was a bridge too far though.

Sounds like her husband is a loser

I've gone on work trips with the opposite sex multiple times, and never thought twice about it.

Same here. And that's Coming from ME!
Now sure, I was always down for banging them but these female coworkers never remotely reciprocated the vibe.
These trips went perfectly fine and professional even after drinks with the clients.

The husband is either a cheater himself or has a reason not to trust his wife.

My guess is her husband is about to start dieting and working out. Tell her you're doing her a favor by going.

took me a lot of years to shut the radar site down, almost every female used to be a potential target to me

Stuff like this is messed up, but also a huge red flag for you to give her/them a wide berth.

Really sounds like they have major trust issues in their marriage; who knows why.

You should still go on the trip, but stay clear of her...and consider her making an issue of it a blessing.

I have seen stuff like this several times over my career, each case ended poorly. One guy was seriously overchicked, always showing pictures of his wife. She was indeed beautiful, and totally sweet...closest popular analog would be a Kerry Underwood type in both morals and attitude. He ended up killing her and then turned the gun on himself.

Worst case scenario for sure, but be careful baw!

That's fine as well. Because that's the part that matters. That's what you do when you are in a good relationship.
