Work is requiring a vaccine and I need some information

Work is requiring a vaccine and I need some information. I’m working on a medical exemption, but that might not work.
In the event that the exemption does not work and I decide to take the vaccine I want to know which of them does not require the booster and how often you have to take this thing. Looking through all of the information online is insane because it is all conflicting. Not sure I’ll get much better here, but figured at least I would try.
Thanks.

Pfizer probably best bet. I think as of now it’s 8 month booster. A lot can change, though.

They'll all require booster.

It’s not that complicated.
Boosters will depend on where this all goes.
The one you choose will be relatively 6 of one half dozen the other.

Pfizer and Moderna are your mRNA vaccines.
Johnson and Johnson is your viral vector vaccine.

There is no answer to your question yet really.
What has happened is you get the 2 vaccines about a month apart.
We are pretty much at 8 months now from the first folks being vaccinated. Boosters are suggested for all at this point. Not approved. Only immunosuppressive patients are approved.
Is 8 months the number?
Is it just because we are going through Delta, 8 months later?
Don’t know.

McDonald’s requires the vaccine?

Curious, why do you not want to get the vaccine? What is the issue?
For the record, I'm 100% anti-mandate and in no way think anyone SHOULD require the vaccine. Just wondering what the reason for not wanting the vaccine is.

Well based on today
Johnson & Johnson is a one shot and that is it.
Moderna is a two shot that is taken 4 weeks apart
Pfizer is a two shot that is taken 3 weeks apart.
It is possible that the Pfizer will be approved for a booster starting on Sept 20th. However it is not clear if the FDA will recommend it for everyone. If anything it is possible it still a more broad use for people who are "more at risk"

The good news for me it that my employer has locations in states that will fine them if they implement vaccine mandates.
So as of now my employer is vaccine mandate hesitant.

And 8 months from now Pfizer will have a booster for the Mu variant. 8 months after that, and that, and that...

You act like all vaccines are created the same. They are not.

You have certainly come to the right place

How much more data do you want? Billions of people have been given the vaccines.
What will it take?

I'm not trying to be obtuse or a smart arse, but why wouldn't a legit medical exemption work? I can understand religious/philosophical being a little sketchy, but a medical excuse from an MD should be airtight, no?
