We have them, plenty, we just don’t allow them to rule everything we do when they’re at odds with logic and facts.

As a life long listener to sports radio, I can't tell you how many times men confessed to tearing up over this.
Just the sound of the damn song can get me going sometimes. Most certainly one of the best TV movies of all time.

True.
This still gets to me…

This scene gets me every time...

For whatever reason, this scene in Armageddon always got me:
Also, that scene in About Time.
If you've seen it, you know what the frick I'm talking about. If you've never seen it, remedy that immediately. If you ever had a dad that you loved (or a child, especially a son), you will love that movie. And it will absolutely destroy you at the end. But in a good way. I haven't had the balls to watch it since having my son five years ago. I always want to but then I know it will annihilate me.

Since when do we care what whores and baby murderers think. Good women are few and far between now. I found one and count my blessings each and every day.

Real women believe men have emotions

Thats because women confuse emotion for empathy.

The women who say that, “generally” aren’t speaking of men collectively - but usually it’s a nod to someone specific who was emotionally unavailable.
These broad sweeping generalizations go both ways.
Men are pigs…
Women are whores…
Neither statement is completely factual - but unhealthy people - men and women alike- will continue this ridiculous narrative because it justifies their own shortcomings as a person.

That one is rough, but I lose it when he talks to Jenny at her grave.

Well, let’s be honest, they do have a point on the second one.
Yeah but they don’t say anything worth listening to

Watching Johnny Cash “ Hurt “ video reactions gets me. A Thai insurance commercial gets me. Numerous films. Anything to do with animals - especially dogs.

I can only listen to the same story so many times.

Ain't gonna lie boys - Old Yeller tore me apart as a kid. One of the few times I've cried in my life
Several years ago, we were on our biennial trek to Texas for Christmas. My son (about 8-9 years old at the time) downloaded a few movies to his laptop to watch, one of which was Old Yeller. I told him that might not be a good idea. We're about 3.5 hours into our 9 hour drive and I hear sniffling behind me. I nudge my wife, move the rear view mirror to see him and ask him what's wrong. Tears flowing down his face he lets out a "It's so sad!" I still laugh about that from time to time.
Where the Red Fern Grows was the one that got me. I refuse to ever watch that one again.
