women and dating apps

a friend of mine uses tinder and bumble --- this isn't so much about the apps. it's about the women today that use these apps. he's a good looking guy, divorced twice with two kids from two different moms. lots of baggage. but he has a good job and he travels quite a bit. as you can probably guess, he's meeting many different women in the states that he travels to. good for him.
what i can't grasp is that these women (he will send me screenshots) are for the most part good looking. one is in medical sales. another a trust fund girl. and they all send nudes prior to even meeting him in person. unsolicited. he keeps the conversation light via text and occasionally throws in a line such as i can't wait to see you or i can't wait to hold you or i'm just thinking about your profile pictures right now. and almost good as gold, within sometime minutes or hours, nudes start rolling in.
is this the norm on most dating apps? he also said on bumble that many of the women on there are very aggressive, which doesnt bother him - its just different today with dating apps vs. 15 to 20 years ago.

Well, it's kind of like eating at a place where they have pictures on the menu. They don't do that at Gallatoire's. Hell, they don't do it at Lone Star Steakhouse.

Yeah, my single friends slay on tinder. He let me play on it one day. I was getting nudes on his phones within minutes

ive seen the lines he has sent them. and i'm thinking no way anyone would fall for this crap. but they do. he said that if he has to see them more than 2 x in person and they aren't fcuking he stops talking to them. said there is no need to waste his time when others who are out there are plentiful and willing.

No, they don’t and your friend is a liar. The initial meeting is pretty quick (24-48 hours) and after that things may escalate.

i know him very well and i know he is not bs'ing. he has no reason to. i've even been with him while he's getting texts back and can confirm my post to be true.
like i said, he's good looking, makes 6 figures (they don't know that at the start and probably none do unless it is "lasting" relationship. he's got a good story to tell that makes him even more attractive to women. and they reciprocate. he says that many women in their 30s and 40s get tons of hits on tinder but the pool they are looking at doesn't match up to what they want (good looking, career motivated, stable income, charming, funny, etc.) so he plays that to his advantage and the nudes, in his opinion, is what women do to try and "secure" him early on.

I joined a dating site earlier this week to monitor it for a friend who thought his woman might be stepping out on that site (she wasn’t). I searched all the women age 40-59 in a 150 mile radius and there were very few good looking women on there - less than 10% I would even consider. I didn’t get any hits, but then again I named myself Chad and the photo I used was one of the New Iberia haircut baws I snatched from an old OT thread. 
The site was meetmindful, which specializes in “enlightened” women. There are some strange broads on that site.
