I read a story like this a few years ago about a dude (married with kids) who somehow managed to get a stew on a flight to do the deed. she stored his sperm and slapped him with a child support lawsuit and she won as well. Dude is just livin life, probably forgot, and boom gets a letter in the mail.

There's a Louisiana case from the 80s where a guy went to visit his mom in the hospital and ending up having an affair with the nurse. Same thing, he alleged oral only and she kept some, spit it in a turkey baster, and impregnated herself. Court awarded her custody.
A few years ago a friend represented the guy on a different matter and looked into his background and found the case. Crazy.

i mean i'll put it like this. the kid is born. it exists. should we force the child to live in squalor due to the actions of the crazy mother? now if you want to make an argument that this should eliminate custody? ok
it's one of those untenable situations
now the true issue is how to determine child support. it should be based on the needs of the child and not the income of the parents

so make the fathers pay CS to the state, not to the mother, to partially reimburse the State for funds spent supporting the child. That would remove the incentive for gold-diggers to get knocked up by rich guys.
