3 from labs, that’s the second highest. I agree these numbers are staggering, pit bulls and America’s second deadliest breed both need to be banned. Round up all pit bulls and labs immediately

71% from 1 breed that's 6% of the dog population. That's a fairly staggering statistic

Sure, unless you add context, consider what type of people primarily own the breed and what they choose to do with the breed.
The lady In o.p. bred the dogs for fighting. We can agree that pit bulls would be utIlized more than any other breed for dog fighting.
There has also been a lot of talk about trashy people owning pit bulls, in fact as shown here someone is assumed trashy simply because they would take on this breed. Would they be better or worse dog owners than most?

Anybody that believes more than half of the "pitbulls" being reported are actually American Pitbull Terriers, is a compete idiot.

Saw an 11 year old pitbull that had never so much as snapped at anyone suddenly and without any provocation jump up from laying down on a sofa between a woman (owner of the dog) and the 12 year old son of a friend, lunged at the boy and bit his face in three quick bites. The kid required twelve stitches across his face. I mean, everyone, including the kid, including myself, had been around the dog for many years. We were just having wine and conversation, watching a football game and the dog just fricking went off like a light switch. Pitbulls are cute, but can't be trusted.

I have 2 labs that are roughly 60 lbs. I could easily overpower them if needed.
