To use her example of the child, the more apt comparison would be to leave a 7-year old unattended for a long period of time around one of those neighborhoods where only registered sex offenders live.

No, bought it from my father in law, spent another couple grand on ground prep, more on a well and septic.
I helped him build his house too. You would really cry, that dude built a 3,000 sq ft, 3 level home almost alone. He also built a shop and his sons home.
Theyre probably going to make a marvel movie about him, since you boys think that's supernatural. Look for the trailer. You'll be very impressed.

That's easier said than done when someone pulls a gun on you. It sounds as if he approached her first and then she fought him. If it had been me, I would have run off into the school campus and hidden. She's a runner, and athletic, she may have easily outdistanced him quickly. I do get that she had a fairly nice life, and probably thought he just needed help with something initially.
