I think the crime was going over to a neighbors property without permission to first roll it with tp and then leave an intimidating note.
Had she stayed on her own property I doubt she would have gotten arrested.

So waht did she get arrested for? Surely we can still write whatever we want without treats, even if that means having the most extreme racists, fricked up shite ever, but without threats. This women should be able to write or verbally say racists stuff without being arrested. It is different if she threaten them while using slurs, but god damn this country is seriously half way down the toilet.

She was arrested for leaving the neighbors threatening notes and also for tp’ing the neighbors house. If youd actually read the entire string of posts, youd see this answered multiple times.
Write text messages about not wanting certain neighbors is not illegal and she doesnt get arrested. But she crossed into arrestville when she went on their property and also threatened them.

The PC affidavit said the letter was threatening.
It wasn’t.
It was terrible, crazy and racist, but it wasn’t threatening.
