A fight was already in motion between them.
Usually there's a cause not just an out of nowhere thing unless it's chavs or hoods involved doing random assaults for the giggles.

Pretty easy to 'whoop' someone when they don't even try fighting back. She kept hitting him like he actually did something to her, but he was just standing there. Plus she got pillow fists, she couldn't even wobble him after all those punches.

You should watch the full video. He reaches over the counter and snatches her.
He is clearly the instigator.

and i am shocked that he only took shots from one person.

When violence breaks out in today's society, people have no idea what to do and try to continue acting as if everything is normal. I love how the manager steps up and tries to complete the man's order as if nothing happened.

The guy started it when he grabbed her from behind the counter. How would you have reacted?

I love the title of the "view from beginning": "Stop Putting your hands on black women"
If someone put "Stop putting your hands on white women" after an assault by a black man on a white woman, there would be rage - why singling this out as a race issue?
The man clearly instigated but its value of some type of harbinger of a giant racial problem of white man manhandling black women is b.s. (and likely a bunch of white trolls).

Her arms are folded and she's standing about a foot behind the counter

The "full" video starts 1 second before the other unless there is a link I'm missing.
Something was obviously going on before for a person to pull out their phone aim and hit record.
That's why people are asking context.

Out of curiosity. What would the OT say would be an acceptable reason for this man's behavior?

Taylor, who turned 40 on December 30, a day before the attack, is reported by authorities to be a transient in the Clearwater, Florida, area. Some had commented that in the audio at the end of the video Taylor sounded possibly intoxicated. There’s no charge for public intoxication on the report from December 31, if, in fact, he was. Court records state that Taylor is “provisional for extradition,” which may mean he has warrants in another state. His middle name is Willis and jail records state he was born in West Virginia.

There is absolutely no reason for a man to ever put his hands on a woman unless it’s self defense. Any one suggesting otherwise should be ashamed of their own morality and I have no doubt you are single and probably jack off 10 times s day cause women worth dating rightfully demand to be respected

I'm not trying to excuse his behavior. But the full story isn't in the videos provided.
We don't know if that's the first punch as it were. We don't have the lead up. Was he just an a-hole, was she giving back the wrong change? Was he drunk, was this interaction 5 between customer and clerk?
If the mugshot and info above is correct it's leaning towards an a-hole. Better politics and relations comes from full story not just knee jerk. Even with things like this.

Why would someone start filming if things had not already escalated? You cannot be naive enough to think nothing of importance happened before he video started.
I'm not saying it definitely did. I'm saying I'd like to have seen the events leading up to this.
