He was still grabbing her the entire time. Had the guy let go of her and tried to back away that's one thing... but as long as you're still in a situation where your attacker isn't backing down you can continue to defend yourself.

This straw shite is laughable until it happens to you. A gas station near me that I would frequent from time to time for a refreshing beverage has decided to get rid of plastic straws. They have these nasty fricking cardboard straws now. The first time I was pissed... but I saw the ICEE straws (the red ones with the little spoon thing at the end) so I used that. Last time I went they didn't have ICEE straws anymore... I damn near threw that fricking fountain drink across the store. I poured the drink down the drain and left. Never again...
