Seriously, a fatal crash like that should be manslaughter. How a staggered 90 day sentence seems crazy,

is this worse than a teacher having secks with an of age student? 90 days at her convenience v. years in prison and stripped of your ability to make a living over a piece of arse? for killing someone? I guess the harshest punishment is no cell phone, the horror!

Sentencing her to jail for 2 years would eliminate the need to ban her from cell phone use. All inmates get a cell phone ban

So if I rob a bank while on my cell and I get caught, I just turn in my phone for a couple of years?? This bitch killed someone and the punishment is no phone?? The legal system and Nancy Grace are laughable.

This has all the makings of a Lifetime movie.

Byelich and Nelson were having an affair. They were actually talking to each other on the phone when it happened. Byelich was directing Nelson to where his wife was riding so she could "have the accident" and get rid of the wife. They will end up getting together on the days between the 90 days of the staggered sentence.

BTW, whats up with a sentence like that?

So if she was messing with the radio, she'd not be able to use or listen to a radio for 2 years?
