What's the percentage of bicycle deaths that bring manslaughter convictions?
I don't think it is too high of a %.
And as mentioned, mix in a fairly attractive white defendant, I'm surprised she got any punishment.

Seriously though. How would they know if she was using a cell phone or not? As long as she's not caught with one in her car or on her person out of the house, I don't see how they can enforce it. She could always get a friend to get her a phone in their name. Just saying. It sounds like an odd ruling.
