Actually it looked like most said no. 70 no, 30 yes. I'm sure that a lot knew that this was not a real offer and blew her off because of it. A variety of reasons to say no:
figure it is a fake candid camera type situation (which in fact was true) and you are just annoyed by it
figure she is a prostitute wanting money
figure she is setting you up to get robbed or worse when she gets you away from a crowd
figure she has some disease
you are married, have girlfriend you don't feel right cheating on, etc.

This is a "social experiment", and a shitty one at that. They did the same thing with a guy asking 100 girls for sex.
The idea of course being that men are more often horn dogs while women have dignity.
