I should sue those mf'ers and ask for the skin from the roof of my mouth and taste buds back. That shite was HOT!!!!! But that's why I ordered HOT coffee, and not warm coffee. Starbuck's coffee isn't THAT hot. That's bullshite. Suspicious area for a coffee burn as well.

They should just start serving it cold and let mf'ers warm it up themselves. That's what this bullshite will lead to.

I hate frivolous lawsuits. There is no way coffee did that to her unless someone heated it to 300 degrees.

what kind of car seat was she sitting in to get burned that high up on her thigh if the coffee spilled between he legs. Her balloon knot would be burned not her hip.

Isn't this a risk you take when you buy coffee from a place like this? Should a company be responsible for clumsy people that spill on themselves if the people knew the coffee was hot and would burn them, but didn't use appropriate care anyway?
