my neighbor in MT had a wolf hybrid. his bro brought over his dog to meet it. i have never seen or heard such violence in my life. would avoid.

A friend had one. They make horrible pets, they're skittish and need a true alpha presence.

I've only seen them get aggressive around animals but really the difference is around food. Other than that, they aren't really scary. When you walk in they put their ears down and run away. Really skittish. Don't like to be pet all that much unless they really want to. They are kind of like cats in that regard.
I don't know why anyone would want one when you can get a better, more powerful dog that actually acts like a dog.
