Now the time to do some real work on the rat population? With empty restaurant dumpsters, the rats have been seen running all over the streets in search of food. I wonder if the city will dump a bunch of poison and reduce the population dramatically?

The actual rats. There are videos all over showing what looks to be 20-30 rats in the middle of the street drinking from a puddle.

How about a big play / habit trail that ends in trap? Then remove and kill them.

This way, no poison.

You could almost tear down a building and no one would be in danger.
