Good point. Fast food workers are usually known for their stability, reliability, and professionalism. That's how you make your way up to the first window. We should contact Todd immediately.

I am not discussing all fast food workers. I am speaking about the cartoon person that Greeny described. Your effort at changing my words, and the narrative, failed.

You're right. That person is clearly the exception from the usually stable Cane's drive-thru window professional. What has the world come to when you can't even rely on the person who hands you your chicken tenders to not have a beard and an earring?

Every canes I’ve been to has had regular looking folks working at it with great attitudes and helpful demeanors so your original attempts to paint all fast food workers as unstable, marginalized people is dishonest.

You also attempting to say green rock was uncomfortable because someone had a beard and an earring is also dishonest.

Nothing indicates this person was unhelpful or had a bad attitude. They just didn't look right.

She literally said that. They were "shoving it in her family's face."

You did.

It’s far more than simply a beard and earring and you know that. Hence why I called your comment dishonest.

Once again, I was speaking of a specific example, one person. You tried again to bring every person behind a window in. The cartoon person described is creepy. and will make the majority of their clientele uncomfortable. Why would they do that?

My bad. Makeup and a beard and a faux high voice. The horror! She should put her kids in therapy right away. How dare they "shove it in her face" like that. You know, by going to work, paying taxes, contributing to society, etc.

Because under Bostock v. Clayton County, it's illegal not to?

You said she wouldn't want a mentally unstable person handling her food. I pointed out that many fast food employees are not stable. How is that not relevant?

The "cartoon person" described is just a person. No more, no less. You don't have a right to not be made uncomfortable.

You're also making unwarranted assumptions about the "majority of their clientele." My guess is most people don't give a shite who hands them their Cane’s box. They go home, eat their tenders, whine about how small they've gotten, and move on with their lives without rage posting on social media about the person in the window.

live an hour from Disney. We went this weekend and it was packed as usual. Not sure what hill you think they're dying on. They just aren't bothered by the existence of gay people . DeSantis is a blowhard just like Trump. Focus hard on hot button issues that really don't matter, turn people against other people even though its of no consequence to themselves. Nothing to see there, just low-IQ shitty humans.

I’m extremely late to this thread but this is idiotic drivel. You do know that Disney is more than just parks right? Their stock is taking a pounding. Do you know that has downstream effects? Also, did you know the word “gay” doesn’t appear once in the legislation that was passed? Of course you wouldn’t because you consume MSM. This was passed to give parents some power over what these schools are teaching their kids. It also prevents schools from exposing kids to sexual ideas before they’re old enough to understand them. Tldr…. You’re a massive moron.

Objection asked and answered twice already. We are speaking of one peron , but you have a want to bring all fast food workers in again. Go start a thread on it.

Is there really case lw saying you have to put the creepiest, most offensive person possible, as the face of your bidness? Interdasting.

No. Now you are the one over-interpreting things that weren't said.

It also says a lot that you think the person decribed is "the creepiest, most offensive person possible." You could have a perfectly normal looking person at the window who keeps kids locked up in their basement to diddle, and you'd never know it. But I guess that would be far less creepy or offensive than a dude wearing makeup.

You cannot discriminate against someone based on their gender identity. If they are qualified for the window, they get the window. Like anyone else.

Straight from SCOTUS. Gorsuch even wrote the majority opinion.

How dare this person exist! Shoving themselves in your family's face like that. You're lucky you survived that 20-second interaction. Your kids are probably irreversibly traumatized.

Oh shut up. I was by myself at Cane’s. However, we went to Disney World in March - my kids are pretty numb to the whole tranny thing. My children aren’t easily traumatized because I actually talk to them and spend time with them.

I don’t care if a person is transsexual, but plenty of times they cause a lot of trouble - and I think that’s due to the mental instability.

Your posts in this thread suggest otherwise (as does using the term "transsexual", which has been out of date for a good 30 years).

Apparently this Cane's employee was "shoving it in your family's face", even though your family wasn't there? Either you are full of shite now or made a dumbass post earlier that you are doubling down on.

Go back and read your first post. Then try to interpret it in a way that suggests you are tolerant of transgender people. It's not possible.
